Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use dionlinton.com, sign up for my emails or buy one of my digital products. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy.

1. Who I am

I'm Dion Linton, an individual based in Ontario, Canada, and I'm the seller of everything on this site. No company sells these products. Contact: lintoncapitalg@gmail.com, 1755 Pickering Parkway, Box #___, Pickering, Ontario L1V 6K5.

2. What I sell

Digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped.

• The 90-Day Reset (planner and goal journal): CA$50. Launch price: CA$39 until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 30, 2026.
• JV Partner Record Kit: CA$57.
• CAD Budget Sheet: CA$47.

Each product page lists exactly what's included.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CA$).
• Applicable sales taxes (such as GST/HST) are shown at checkout.
• The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you pay. I may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
• Checkout runs through Payhip. Payments go through Stripe or PayPal. I never see your full card number.
• If you pay from outside Canada, your bank may convert the currency and charge its own fees.
• "Total value" figures on my pages are values I assign to each piece. They are not past selling prices.

4. Delivery

After payment, Payhip shows you a download page and emails you a receipt with your download link. Please download your files and save a copy. If something doesn't arrive or won't open, email lintoncapitalg@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.

5. Refunds and guarantees

Each product has its own 30-day guarantee. Full wording is on each product page.

• 90-Day Reset: 30-Day Do-the-Work Guarantee. Do the daily page and the Sunday score for 30 days. If your Sunday score hasn't gone up, email your Sunday scores to lintoncapitalg@gmail.com.
• JV Partner Record Kit: 30-Day Use-It Guarantee. Use the record pages and the meeting agenda at every partner meeting for 30 days. If your partnership records aren't clearer and better organized, email your filled-in record pages and meeting notes to lintoncapitalg@gmail.com.
• CAD Budget Sheet: 30-Day Track-It Guarantee. Log every expense and every side-hustle dollar for 30 days. If you still can't see where your money goes each month, email your filled-in budget and side-hustle log tabs to lintoncapitalg@gmail.com.

For each guarantee:

• your request, with your proof attached, must reach me by day 60 after you buy;
• if you meet the conditions, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Because these are instant digital downloads, I don't give refunds outside these guarantees, except where the law requires one. If a file is faulty or isn't what was described, email me and I'll fix it or make it right.

6. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself.

You can:

• print the files for your own use;
• use them on your own devices;
• make your own copy of any spreadsheet or Google Sheets file;
• use the JV Kit's records with your own JV partners for your own deals.

You can't:

• resell, share, give away, upload or post the files, or pass them off as your own;
• use them to make a competing product.

Buying gives you a licence, not ownership of the files. If you break these rules, your licence ends.

7. Not professional advice

My products and emails are tools and education. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

• I'm not a financial planner, financial advisor, accountant or lawyer.
• JV Partner Record Kit: this is a record-keeping tool only. It isn't securities advice, and it isn't a guide to raising money from investors. It doesn't replace a written agreement prepared by a lawyer. Talk to a lawyer before you take money from partners or investors.
• CAD Budget Sheet: this is a tracking tool only. For tax questions, including GST/HST registration, talk to an accountant or the CRA.

You're responsible for your own decisions. Get professional advice for your situation.

8. No guaranteed results

I share what works for me, but your results depend on you and your circumstances. I don't promise any specific result: not income, savings, returns or a better life score. The guarantees above are a refund promise, not a promise of results.

9. Using the site

Please don't:

• break the law using this site;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, or get around its security;
• submit fake sign-ups or someone else's email address;
• scrape or copy the site's content in bulk.

I can block anyone who does.

10. Who owns what

I own the site, my products, my text, designs and logos, or I have permission to use them. They're protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing here gives you any rights beyond the personal licence in section 6.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• the site and products are provided "as is";
• I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business decisions you make;
• my total liability to you for any claim is capped at the price you paid for the product the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived, including Ontario's.

12. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or the products, or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against me, you agree to cover my reasonable costs from that claim.

13. Privacy

My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your information.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to new orders. The terms in place when you bought still apply to that purchase.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
